OYO 3761 Hotel Om was a reluctant choice owing to its price of single room as compared to other hotels (Relax, Kanchan Palace, Good Luck, Care residency, and OYO 3205 New Luxury Royale) in vicinity in the Bombay hospital area. I chose this hotel due to its servers Mr. Gopal well supported by Mr. Piyush. Even though the elevator (lift) was not working, the prompt waiters carried my luggage to upper floor with a smile.
The food service is beyond compare serving best food at moderate prices.
The hotel offers good breakfast options. The upper rooms have sunlight and cross ventilation on opposite sides. The place feels good and refreshing after overnight stay.
The owner needs to fix the lift asap and keep clean lavatories cleaner (duty-free).
I recommend this place highly.

Worst stay ever. I am still in my room and my checkout is scheduled at 11.00 am. But it was the worst stay one could ever get at anyplace. Let me give you the reasons for this -
1. No elevator
2. AC not working properly (Baba Adam ke zamane ke AC hain)
3. TV will not work
4. Your room will smell of cigarettes
5. No proper arrangements for hot water
6. No proper parking facility
7. They will continue to poke you to make payment at the time of check-in
8. Uncleaned toilet and washroom.
9. They will not respond to your calls in one go.
10. No proper toiletry and unclean towels
11. No battery backup. Enjoy a hot sweat bath during power cuts
In short, I would advice you to stay in a dharamshala of Rs. 200-300 and don't waste your valuable money in this hotel. You will pay Rs. 900-1200 for this room and will get the facilities of just around Rs. 300-400
Budget hotel but good service and polite staff. Rooms are not great but not bad at all at this price.
