We stayed there for three days. The service was not good. The room was dirty. The quilt and towels were dirty. Housekeeping service was very poor. The swimming pool water was so dirty and soapy for 2 days. It was not filtered or cleaned regularly. They cheat us with billing and food. They provide us glass with a dirty smell of fish. They provided us cups for tea without washing , sugar left inside as it is and served us. We suggest not to stay there.
The resort was great! This was my second time after 2021 visiting this resort for a vacation and the resort had been renovated! The pool became bigger! There are 3 fountains which activate in the morning when there are a bunch of people in the pool enjoying. There is also a bar for adults, music playing all the time where you can ask the staff to play your favourite music! The rooms could be slightly better as some of the bedsheets and mattresses have some stains... Well other than that, The service is great as in every room there is a telephone in every room (Call 8 for restaurant and 9 for Reception as of April 23, 2023) and they pick up in a single call so yeah! Food is great and the quantity is great too! There could be some more menu option such as mushrooms which would be great for vegetarians! (I'm not a vegetarian) The resort's location is too good like seriously it's very close to calangute and Baga beach and 40 minutes to Panjim. Although I hope they improve the entrance road of the resort as it's a dirt pathway. Fabulous experience and i recommend you to come here for a stay
Mera permanent adda hai ye.. Do not expect luxury, if you are looking for a pocket friendly accomodations, your search ends here. My goa vacation with friends means this resort. Comfort that a group need, it has everything. Breakfast, Food (Special Mention Daal Khichdi) , Bar, Swimming Pool, Music, Room Service, Friendly Staff, And Location... That too in without expending your trip budget. I never hesitate to ask for regular customer discount . Please plan some membership program I would love to join.. Booked this place via Agoda Upon arrival was informed that property is not available for online booking thus my request was not recieved Receprionist confirmed that this place is not available on any online platform such as booking or agoda either there is overbooking situatuon and then they lie to their clients and then my 1-star review is more then justified or booking and other platforms seem to have a lot of scam adds in there and then I do apologise for this negative review ( however IMHO, you should take care of it ) Stuff allowed me to stay in lobby while I am solving this situation for which I am thankful however this slap in my face after 20h in road to Goa was for sure unexpected
Few incidents made my stay very unpleasant here. Reception won't answer calls sometimes even after calling multiple times. Found insect in the breakfast and when bought to the attention of hotel staff and reception they didn't take it seriously and I didn't get any proper response. Fans in the eating area won't work it gets very hot. Swimming pool is good and overall the hotel is average but because the above few bad experiences I am giving it a lower rating.
