Rooms were spacious. Washrooms were neat. We stayed for 2 nights. Bedsheets were changed and room was well maintained. Our room had convertible sofa too. Service was good. Amenities include electric kettle, TV, Sofa, 2 chairs, teapoy, wardrobe. AC was not working properly. Lift was not there. Car Parking was available.

The place was nice . Good for night stay.. plus restaurant for breakfast.

This is totally a fraudulent hotel. Rooms are dungeon. The owner is such a greedy and not ready to give customer satisfaction. Never stay in this hotel if they are giving it for free.

Pros: 1. Located close to BITS Pilani, Goa campus as well as the airport. Cons: 1. Very poor hygiene and quality standards. To elaborate, we had booked this hotel online through FabHotels website almost 10 days before Diwali 2022 - this after reading 2 Google reviews and several good reviews of this hotel on their website(reviews on their website now seem to be rigged or paid for). We had dropped an email to FabHotels a day in advance about our check in time the next day. They had confirmed that the room will be ready for us when we reach. After reaching the hotel at around 3 pm, we were shown the 2 dirtiest rooms available which no one would want to take - one in the basement which we out rightly rejected and other on the rooftop. Since we were tired and running short of time, did not negotiate and accepted the rooftop room (Room No. 301) to drop our luggage. On returning back at night, we were horrified to see 4 huge lizards on our room window on the outside making merry with insects. The entry door was touching the window. So, we had to unlock the door and quickly enter the room without disturbing the lizards in their activity, lest they enter our room. Besides, 2 mice were roaming freely on the railing close to our room. The floor of the room was not clean with cobwebs on the wall as well as TV set top box. The room had not been dusted at all with dust all over the furniture. Bed was made with acceptably clean white bedsheet and cotton quilt. The pillow covers didn't look clean though. 1 small Medimix soap, one towel and a sealed Mineral bottle were also provided. Upon switching on the wall mounted table fan, we were showered with cobwebs and dust. TV volume was not working. The intercom randomly beeped on its own after every few minutes. WC was not clean. Someone had used it prior to our check in and it was not even flushed. There was water seepage on the wall connected to the bathroom. The wooden wardrobe was dusty and stinky. Constant honking of vehicles on the highway kept us awake throughout the night. When we complained to the manager the next day and tried to instil a sense of hygiene in him, they got the toilet cleaned and dusted the fan - that's it. The other cobwebs, dust on the rim of the table, chair TV, cupboards...., dirty and stained bathroom walls, stained and dirty flush tank etc. remained as it is. Only saving grace was that the split AC, the taps and the 1 litre geyser in the bathroom were working. The toilet pot with the flush tank, shower, washbasin seemed to be relatively new and working but not cleaned. The hotel has a restaurant on the ground floor. But looking to their hygiene standards, we avoided it at all costs. We tried to explain to the hotel management that the same hotel if professionally managed with decent hygiene standards would fetch them excellent business. But i guess, it was beyond them to understand. Besides, they lacked the attitude to work hard. Therefore, even if you have basic hygiene standards, it is best to avoid this hotel at all cost if you have to spend more than a night in Goa. A piece of advice to FabHotels - Please visit the properties you have tied up with on a regular basis - at least 3 to 4 times a year in order to ensure quality to customers. This property needs a monthly deep cleaning and every six monthly pest control to maintain it well.
