Fabulous...no word to explain here sevices & behaviour

Great hostel with free breakfast including omelettes, cereals, breads and tea and coffee. Friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and new rooms. Good bedding. We extended our stay here as it was great. Good location just away from the main bazar street. Quiet and clean. We weren't booked to stay here but got transferred as the sister hotel was under renovation. But we are glad we got transferred. :-)

Surroundings/Locality - Pretty Old school style of Delhi. Narrow road, backward area. Room- Decent, worth of money. Amenities are worthily of one night price. Hotel- Ambience is fair enough. Breakfast - not so good. Could have been something which looks and tastes good. Bathroom - fair enough. Not so bad. Power back up- Nope Vehicle parking - Nope

Money making, they charged me 600/- per person for early check-in, and that too when I told them, I was there for day time only. Sheet was not clean at all...curry spilled, had to get it replaced.....hotel had a dog which was roaming freely. It is too interior....I have seen better hotels, with better pricing and location and better customer service

Rooms are smaller than what shown in pics. The location is little inside lanes, harder for cabs to come. There is a problem of hot water, everytime you need hot water, you need to call the receptionist 10 mins prior. Breakfast was extremely bad, it's better to eat outside. For positives, the rates are affordable but it hits many good points

Nice rooms. Well maintained. I like the way how they arranged the bed. They themeselves call it as a backpackers heaven. Food is average. Buffet breakfast is free. Lunch and dinner is payable and delivers to room. But we have to pay an extra 10% as service charge for every order. The place where the hotel located is not good and looks like gullies. Local living people are always there down the road making lot of sounds and some will stare at us while walking through, which is common in delhi. It's very near to market. Ramakrishna ashram metro station is very near by in a walkable distance. Note: They will turn off AC frequently. Feel free to call the reception to make them switch it ON.

Initially we had booked hindustan international of fab hotel...it was totally fake the pictures did not match the room at all after that we booked this hotel overnight assuming that thus would be good but the staff was very rude ,the toilets were very unhygenic the flush was not working the sink was blocked , everytime after turndown there were was hair on the bed and the in room dining menu most of the options were not available. Would never recommend this to anyone....the rooms were very very unhygei we had to change it as there wad already stool lying in the washroom when we checked into that room. I am sorry to say but this hotel does not deserve even a single star.

Few rooms are good. Few are bad. Depends on ur luck for availability of good rooms. Those who have come for official visit will certainly have to carry slippers to enter into bathrooms as they don't provide slippers. Not all food items taste good. Few are salty
