Parking was open. Rs 2800/- for the type of room which was allotted was not worth. After giving this type of money no water bottle was given. Water was given in jug. No board was displayed in front of hotel.it was tough to find the hotel as I have ask many people for the same.if room was for 1600/- then it was good
I was a regular visitor to this property, every time I feel like it is home away from home with the excellent services of Rohit and Team. This time, I feel a bit strangent with the behaviour of New Manager, Mr Shrikant, he is neither cooperative nor supportive. Whenever you ask anything, you will feel that he is showing mercy on you, irrespective of his sweet and buttering tone. I am giving 2 star only due to his behaviour and services what I recieved during my stay more than 10 Days.
Good location but very limited facilities in hotel. Just soap provided. No packaged drinking water or other toiletries.
The place has no lift 2 k is too much for the room they provide Not so clean The location is a bit difficult to find The receptionist charged an extra 600 for 2 hr early check-in. Charged double the rate of a bottle of water post 11 pm So the experience was okayish !
My overall experience was fine, staff was supportive, rooms were clean and decent at this price.
Cheated for the money. No coffee or tea condiments. No proper bathroom. Toiletries not provided. Broken bed. Never gonna go for fab hotels ever. The breakfast they gave had no options, only given potato curry and parantha. You guys really need to stop cheating people. When I had called on customer satisfaction, the guy simply hungup. Worst hotel stay ever
Room is decent but personal commitment to service from attendants is noteworthy
WiFi is not working properly. Lot's of mosquito. They don't provide iron.
