Good d atmosphere. Cooperative staff. But small rooms. But for Mumbai it is really good. Complimentary breakfast was not informed earlier while booking the rooms. It is drawback for us. Shaving razor was not provided. Hence we may had to go to nearby shop in the morning. Other wise okay.
Worst experience Nobody should book these rooms as the pictures on the website and actual room are not at all matching. Hotel is on the 2nd floor and on stairs it stink like washroom and garbage collections. We have booked the biggest room of the hotel as per images but as we entered it was like the smallest room. Room was having cupboard in front of which the have places sofa So one cannot use the given cupboard.. Room wall were damage, windows were making noise. Toilet was having stains. As we entered the room it was having strong cegetett smell. We called house keeping for changing the room or something to remove the smell. We complaint the same in fab but not got satisfactry response Staff don't have manners.
Wonderful experience we had over our stay here for 2 nights, specially the staffs are so friendly and helpful, which won our Heart. Will be visiting again on our next trip.
Very good rooms & stay.staff is good & supportiv.only one problem lif is not available. 2 floor staircases climbing. Over all good experience.
