Pricewise rooms weren't that great. They took additional amount from us.Rooms were not well maintained. There was a problem in bathroom lock , drainage of water in the bathroom. Some lights were not working. Room service was okay . Food was tasty . And the hotel location was easily accessible from saki naka metro station . Just a couple of minutes walk .

Disastrous Stay: A Warning About Fab Hotels I recently had the misfortune of almost staying at and falling in trap of Bentley Palace managed by FAB HOTELS , and I must say it was a truly dreadful experience. I feel obligated to share my honest review to prevent others from falling into the same trap I did. It was evident that proper cleaning and maintenance were sorely lacking. Throughout, we encountered suspicious individuals lurking around the premises, which made us feel unsafe and uneasy. One of the most infuriating aspects of our experience was the hotel's tendency to charge extra money for ridiculous reasons. I strongly advise against staying at bentley palace or ANY FAB HOTEL. The unclean rooms, presence of shady individuals, and the questionable area surrounding the hotel are enough to make any guest feel uncomfortable and unsafe.

Average experience. No timely breakfast, No daily room cleaning, No drinking water facility, Service provider trying to fool every time, No reply of feedback mail from fabhotel, I don't get breakfast on 13 sep.

Pathetic experience. They gave a room with AC is not working and toilet unclean. I asked them to change room, but the reception guy was very rude and said that for 1500 per night you will get this only. After a long fight and contacting customer care, they gave another room with no hot water and unclean toilet. Every 6 hours someone was knocking on the door. Late night same reception guy knocked on the door and said tht it was by mistake. Breakfast was refused to us. For the check in by second person, they charged 600 Rs extra for not having hard copy of the address proof. But the contact less check in on the app was possible, we didn't think of that, and they said hard copy is must. Overall ambience is not good and was not feeling safe there.

They didn't allow for online food order and forced to order from hotel itself. After paying 25% advance for confirmation they charged 100% extra as shown in booking details msg. Fab hotel are worst as compared to other in terms of booking and price

Fab app shows different room rates and these fellows charge extra after we book online ..

Very very bad experience, your staff ms Aman told me that it's very good hotel and nearby but very far from chembur and one of the worst hotel. They did not give towel and soap. They told it will be given next day morning at 9.30am. Room was very untidy and stinking. Bathroom has rotten eggs smell.. Life threatening experience I don't recommend this to anyone

Worst hotel ever, one thing you expect in every hotel be it budget or luxury is cleanliness. But it seems the hotel staff and management have different notions about it. I didn't expect them to give a proper breakfast, clean towels or toileteries but I still expected a clean room which were not provided. Staff has bad attitude towards cleanliness. And property requires a seriour maintainence.
