Visited with family to attend wedding event and found this property online and happy after stayed there for three nights. Awesome people .nice service at good rate.

I had kids and family with me.Hotel staff took care of everything from check in to check out.Good hotel in my budget. Will definitely try again if I visit in Delhi.

Horrible place and dirty rooms.Please don't book this hotel.It's very unsafe.A/c was not working and bathroom doors were not able to close .The hotel suroundings were too bad.It is very unsafe for family.

The level of service at this hotel falls short of other Fab hotels I've stayed at across the nation. The concierge at the front desk was nothing short of unpleasant and insisted on charging us more for arriving early. We were offered a space, however it was dirty from the instant we entered. The pictures on the internet are outdated, and the room is currently in a poor shape with fungus growing on the paint and a broken heater. The concierge controlled the Air conditioner remotely from the front desk. The remote control was withheld from us. Despite us showing them the evident stains on the bed spreads, they kept insisting that it was clean. Although they objected to changing the pillow cover once more, they changed the bed spread. When we requested a towel, which is typically provided free of charge in Fab hotels, they appeared shocked. They flung it at us, literally. We lacked the nerve to place an order for their meals. We left before our stay was up. They're ready to provide subpar customer service and expect that customers will put up with all of their flaws while yet charging exorbitant prices. I have never hesitated to reserve my stay at a fabhotel in the past. I now have to change my mind. I hope that everyone may learn from this and decide not to waste their time, money, or effort at this hotel.

Do not book this hotel........This hotel is a nightmare. I wanted to book in some other hotel but after booking through fab hotels I found that they have booked my rooms in this worst hotel baba residency. They want us to pay the complete bill before check-in and only through cash not by card. Their ACs were not working, rooms were damaged and so small, cockroaches in washrooms, they were even charging for water not providing any cutlery for food and staff was so rude. I cant imagine a place like this in our capital that after checkout they were saying that now we dont have cash as change you have to pay via upi for other expenses. Request you to not opt for fab hotels or for this baba residency please.

Don't go to this hotal even by mistake. It has very bad image, it has very wrong behavior. Its staff is complete idiot.
