I have booked a room for my parents. When they checked in, they were surprised to hear that there is no one to assist them with their luggage which is disappointing. Post that, they were surprised to see that the blankets are not washed at all and the staff is not willing to change it also. I felt very bad for not able to give my parents better experience even when I paid a good amount for it.

Location is very near to US Visa biometrics centre and US consulate. Rooms are basic but decent for the charges levied. Can improve on bed linen neatness. Whatever is lacking is compensated by courteous behaviour and service mindedness of all staff in the property.

Overall experience is good.. I have very early checkin ans early checkout on same day... I added breakfast as addon but hotel manager said it will be provided next day. This was sad to hear this as it was already mentioned about early checkout ..

No hot water for bath, no food to order. Plzz don't go by the pics as all these pics seem fake and the place or the rooms r nothing close to what's shown in the pics. It's a residential converted to service apartments and the rooms are smaller that you think. No hot water kattle in the room for tea coffee..it's not worth 800 rs also for which they charge 3000 for a night by showing a discounted rate. Pleas dont fall for this. You ll get better places and better service in this rate elsewhere. 0 stars out of 5.

1. Good, friendly and active staff. Rooms are good, clean and well maintained. 2. With the tariff thats been charged, I expected complimentary breakfast every day. 3. I came to know about free wifi only by the second day. Better if I get a whatsApp msg for the same. 4. Better to have a jio tv that has almost all the channels available, of all the languages, sports and news. 5. Because I couldn't manually set the temperature of AC, I had to switch on fan too to make the room enough cool.

Worst ever hotel sry service apartments I stayed, they name it as 3star hotel. Booked it online trusting the person from fab group but It eneded up as utter disappointment. If not for the heavy thunderstorms I would never stepped in after seeing it directly. Please don't cheat customers with fancy images , the room is hardly 10x10size with two separate small cots with worst ever mattress you can ever sleep.

Photos are misleading. This property only make us believe that "all that glitters is not gold". The rooms are nowhere near to clean, leave alone the pictures. Mosquitos sing you lullabies. Basic aminities are missing. The linen was once cleaned and is still basking in that memory. One wonders if there was some cusion and support in the bed. Staff attitude also is not very welcoming. They feel that the customer is at their mercy. Lousy is an understatement for the place. One that should never be visited again.

Pathetic experience. Fake commitment by the customer service team Amit Yadav and Lokesh for early check in and once reach at the property, Fab Express customer service team told to manage by own by discussing with property owner. The room was very small in size. They couldn't provide basic things like dental kit, Grooming kit. At this cost which was INR 3500 per day, I could get better deal with others.
