Title: Nightmare Stay Rating: Female or couple stay away I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a rude owner who seemed more interested in counting money than providing any semblance of customer service. The room was sweltering, and to make matters worse, there was no AC to provide relief from the stifling heat. As if that wasn't enough, I discovered a disturbingly large bug making itself at home in the room. It's beyond me how anyone could consider this place habitable. Save yourself the misery and steer clear of this hotel.
It was nice stay room were clean bit small but it's good as it's Andheri East of Mumbai. so, i can understand the person at the reception is also good nature person and really staff boys are also cool.
My recent stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing. The level of cleanliness was shockingly poor, with visible stains on the sheets that were clearly not changed or cleaned properly. When I approached the reception for a room change, they flat-out refused to accommodate my request. The overall condition of the room was run-down and DIRTY. DONT STAY HERE!
It was really very bad experience with me with fab hotels. Talking about rooms cockroach was on bed . No proper water supply, no hot water, no breakfast properly . Really very bad experience I will rate zero

Worst experience.. Expected a good stay with Fab hotels. And trusting fab hotels, I booked continuos 4 days stay in the same hotel before arrival to Mumbai. But once I reach in the night, by seeing the hotel condition, I really got disappointed. Very small , congested room , foul smells, bed sheets and towels were not neat and not washed also. If one stands inside the bath room it will fill the entire bathroom and toilet. Windows has a connection with back corridor, and can access to other rooms through that path, no safety.. and hotel was inside a mall in the 6th floor... I tried cancelling the booking but fab or Agoda didn't help me in cancellation and when I contacted the reception, he said, I have to connect with Fab hotels for cancellation.... Basically very next morning I had to vacate the hotel and book another hotel for a comfortable stay as my wife also accompanied with me.. I lost my full amount, and Fab or Agoda or hotel didn't helped me to cancel the booking and get me refund. I lost full amount .. not at all recommended to stay here
