Decent room with filthy toilet. The room stinks of toilet. The flush was not working, Bathroom taps, spray nozzles not working. No room service. No Car Parking space close by. i got space about a KM away. There was only ONE staff - receptionist cum buzzboy and he was pleasant and courteous.
Below average room service.. when checked in the bed linen was dirty and was so clearly visible but was not changed till it was told twice. For a double room only 1 towel was provided when asked for another one they all have gone to laundry.. not even a bottle of water was provided and at checkout even after informing that a bottle was not provided while in the room the person charged extra for a bottle of water. Had requested for a late check out at the time of booking but never gave a proper answer wether we can avail late checkout or not. Definitely a no for people expecting decent service.
Rooms are so tiny. There is only one feet distance to wall on either side of the cot. You will not feel the AC even when it is on. Staff makes lot of noise from their reception and is easily heard from inside our rooms. Staff tried to enter room multiple times when we didn't lock the door even though we told them we haven't checked out. If you book through OYO and make payment and call them for confirmation, they will say that you will not get room and cancel the room. They will accept if you book through OYO and pay directly at counter. TV is in working condition. Entrance is hard to find from road. There is no lift facility. Only good thing about this is that it's very near to MG road.
This hotel has only 7 or 8 rooms. clean and tidy, many Musquitoes, very approachable to MG Road. The entry into the girl is from a small and awkward entry. Staff are less. initially felt unsafe for family but later saw the clean room and then undisturbed by others. the hotel seems to be safe for family.
I booked this through fab app expecting to be as grand as the name suggested. It wasnt a hotel. It was some guest room on floor.The room was well maintained but for food you have to go to local restaurants as that hotel provides no food. The time flexibility is also not provided. Their one day starts at 12pm only not when we go. So even if you go at night , you have to vacate next day at 12pm itself
Hotel staff's attitude is very rude. Also the rooms are very compact and not spacious. I'm utterly disappointed by the management. Waste of money
Room gets ended before it starts. South Indian breakfast , no choice of food , road side open car parking , dumb receptionist who understands only Telugu and no other language . Very bad experience. Hotel is at prime location, just opposite to Fortune Murali, rooms are good. 1X room is a small room and 2X is for bit spacious. Service is good. In same building one restaurant named RASOI which serves Veg and NonVeg food. Below the hotel one pan shop is there where you get continuous cigarette smoke from there to all rooms. This hotel is not recommended for Heart patents and asthmatics. "CIGARETTE SMOKE IS VERY DANGEROUS."
