MY ADVICE : AVOID THIS HOTEL EVEN IF YOU ARE GETTING A CHEAP ROOM . If you are reading this, then please do believe my words. This place is full of people with no morals , they r bunch of thief. Service is pathetic too but what good is a hotel if your things are not safe. They stole (manager syed and his staff) my things from the room like my iphone's charger and stuff and after that pretended why would they do that.when i talk about services, wifi doesn't work, room service is pathetic couldn't even provide water . So my friends avoid this place ..........

It was gud if u book from online it is better price

We had checked in and to our disappointment even though this was recommended by one of the fab customer care service themselves. The toiletries werent provided. Neither did the tv or telephone work. The sockets came off when plugged on. The bedspreads had stains too. And when asked about it they just gave excuses. We dint even stay for a night. In spite of all these complaints they weren't even willing to refund. Highly disappointed.

Basic amenities(towels, bottle of water etc) have to be called and asked for. Its not a hotel... It's a lodge. Beds have bed bugs and cockroach infestations in the room. Reception counter questions the lack of complaint against bed bugs... Wake up at 1.30am to find bed bugs and they want us to complain then and there itself....like wow. Service industry especially hotels should include satisfactory standards of service... Unlike here. Also to add, the staff seem eager to cooperate, but that doesn't make up for the lack of basic requirements.

It is such a nice place to stay. Staying here is like one is at home. The staff members are so courteous and friendly. They help at every point of time. The services provided are unmatchable. Above all a lot of restaurants are very near to it besides all other amenities like hospital, cab services and day today need shops.

Booked this hotel thru oyo on prepaid and got a confirmed room. Upon checkin the hotel said rooms are fully booked and to liase with oyo customer care.. Who were unable to help and put me on hold for quite a long time. The hotel staff went out of their way to help and offered a standby room and later on changed to a good room. Services rendered were good and good breakfast was also provided in the morning. Oyo you need to rework on your customer care... West park hotel team..good work.. Keep it up

Giving one star because there is no negative rating system. By far the worst hotel stay in my life. The room was alive with cockroaches and very badly kept maintenance. No internet , no ventilation ,and defenitly no polite staff.

The arrival beyond midnite of a female guest (me) alone is by a receptionist claiming the ACs dont work in my room and I still will be charged the same and when I questioned why.. he replied that I could find any other hotel.. its disrespectful when he can see Im traveling alone..
