Ordered online through Zomato and the food was not delivered at all. The poor delivery guy was at the store for more than 30minutes and they kept him waiting without telling exactly how much time it would take. Then I called the Zomato customer care and cancelled the order. Such unprofessional restaurants should be delisted.

In the initial days of settling in Hyderabad, Faasos used to be our go to. We tried a lot of their wraps in those days but then they stopped delivering to our area. Luckily they began operating again. So this time, we ordered our all time favorite Cheese Melt Paneer Wrap, Fiery Paneer Wrap and. Signature Paneer Rice Feast. Fiery Paneer Wrap was literally the best wrap we've had in months and justifies its name completely. The wraps are fulfilling and delicious. Cheesy melt wrap had random burst of gooey cheese along with scrumptious spicy paneer.. Coming to the meal, the portion size is sufficient for two. Generous amount of very fragrant, flavourful, delicious rice, topped with spicy Paneer. The combination as a whole works really well. It's fulfilling and satisfying. Apart from an exciting menu at reasonable prices, we love Faasos's packaging and delivery. We've always received hot meals. Also with each order, the teekha chaska they send along is really good. Not that its needed along with the meals though. We also received ChocoFantasy as a part of meal. It's basically a chocolava and has a balanced sweetness. The gooey molten chocolate is absolutely delicious.

My today's dinner was from the famous cloud kitchen outlet "Faasos". I ordered veg rice feast and jumbo paneer chole wrap. Paneer wrap had stuffing of paneer chunks and chole curry, wrap was soft and tasted yum and spicy. Veg rice feast was good and the rice granules were soft and cooked perfectly with commendable spice levels. Overall had an awesome meal and would definitely recommend this place.

Ordered food on Zomato for this restaurant and Waited for 1 and half hour , food didn't get prepared yet and no response from restaurant/ delivery person . Zomato executive had to cancel order . Bad behaviour by this food joint

Yes , this is one the wrost restaurant I never have been seen since in last 5 years , To delivery a small order in magicpin just 2kms it taken near 1:40 mins to deliver ... Wrost place to order .....fully unsatisfied......

Dissapointed. Ordered chicken wrap and waited one hour. And then got a call from them and said it may take one more hour. Finally order cancelled. Dissapointed.

I order for chicken cheesy meatballs and potatoes shots for my baby But I received wraps with eww filling I have gone through a disappoint experience with this
