Today I ordered Jumbo Chicken Signature Wrap and Cheesy Corn Salsa Wrap from Faasos (Faasos's App). The order was in completed within 20 mins and food delivered was hot. Both the wraps were served with Theeka Chaska (spicy seasoning). Jumbo Chicken Signature Wrap: This had big chicken meatballs, cheesy and stuffed with spices. Cheesy Corn Salsa Wrap: It was cheesy and spicy (because of salsa filling at the same time. The corn with cheese and salsa felt so flavourful. The parcel packing was decent too and the food was as expected when opened. PRO TIP: Use Theeka Chaska to make bland bites of your wrap more scrumptions.
Good rolls. Chicken reshmi roll was really yum. I had pancakes for breakfast once which I ordered online. It was written black currant compote will be given but it was not there. Only the chocolate sauce was there. Apart from that, the pancakes were fluffy and amazing and very tasty. Perfect chocolate sauce also. But it missed the tangy element which could have been provided by the black currant compote. Other than that, the overall experience with Faasos was good according to taste
Faasos was my favourite place and I did not use to think twice about which restaurant to order from while ordering wraps but I am so disappointed today. I ordered their newly launched Lebanese Chicken Kefta Wrap. First, on the top of the wrap , 2 to 3 chicken pieces were recklessly just kept under paper covering. Then once I removed the paper covering, the entire wrap was literally just corns and cheese and not a single chicken. It was clear that they had given me some other wrap and had dumped 2 pieces of chicken on the top of the wrap and closed it with a paper so to sell it as a chicken wrap. I not only threw it because of overwhelming amount of corns but also felt very disrespected by Faasos trying to fool me.

Ordered paneer tikka wrap and cheesy potato wrap. There was no cheese in potato wrap. Also, both the wraps had stale onions which was giving a very bad taste to the wraps. Usually there wraps are really good and this doesn't happen. Service is quick and delivery is also fast. But this time it was really dissapointing.
Faasos is always reliable, but my experience here was the best. I ordered a malai kofta for dinner, and the quantity was enough for four people to eat. The food was fresh and the overall quality was top notch. I got the food within 15 minutes of ordering. The experience as a whole was great.
Never ever place food order to this restaurant via Swiggy as they make super delay in preparation. I have experienced this thrice, two times they took more than an hour to prepare the food and one time food was given to some other person and Swiggy executive was waiting unknowingly. Food is good but handling the food order is WORST!
Food from here comes with plastic inside. If you have it, good. It's gonna harm your health for the worst!
