Actually, I'm a beginner , I literally don't have any idea about the gym and all. I don't have any kind of experience, but the trainer there (Vidya mam) encouraged me a lot and made my experience really well. She was sweet at the starting and till day. The gym looks very good and they maintain the gym in hygeine.
The gym has great equipment and the facilities are excellent. Absolutely love coming to this gym. The staff are also so welcoming and approachable. The trainer *Ramesh* was well experienced in strength workouts. You can blindly believe in him and achieve....!
As a beginner I just found the right Gym for my strength training. The gym is well- equipped with good maintenance and have experienced trainers and friendly staff. My trainer Vidhya Mam is so cool, friendly and energetic and keeps motivating to achieve my goal.
F99 is the best gym in pragathinagar with the best equipments and mostly I like the way my trainer VIDHYA MAM train's me and motivates me. She is very skilled and always helps me to reach my best .
This gym gave me a good experience with best equpiments and espically my trainer VIDHYA MAM She is very calm and understadable and I feel motivated when I train under her guidance.
The gym is clean and well-maintained, and there is enough space for strength and floor workouts. The instructors are also really friendly and knowledgeable. My trainer was *Ramesh*. And he is brilliant in strength workout training.
This gym is recommended by my friend and i understand why now the trainer vidhya told me the wrong I did in my workout and corrected and motivated on my first day and I like the way my trainer teacher in a strict and humble way a big thumbs up for the gym and trainer vidhya
