Gym Machinery is good.Friendly environment and too spacious.Specifically Vikaas sareen paji is always keen to guide his clients.overall the best gym in Amritsar.

Three of my friends joined this gym together few month back and they were promised a package of Rs. 5000 for 4 months (and the package was provided by one of the owners himself). I was supposed to join a couple of weeks later. I was promised the same package later when I joined. After 3 months, I was told that their package charges are Rs. 5000 for 3 months only, and not 4; and there's no special discount for anyone. I was denied entry in the gym and was told that my package was over. They very rudely said that they can give 10 extra days as compensation, like they were doing us a big favor; whereas that was like stealing our money upfront. How can you deny us an entire month when your partner/co-owner has made a deal for the same? Providing 3 months instead of 4 for Rs. 5000 is stealing a total sum of Rs. 1250; and they refunded me Rs. 625 by saying that even if we had allowed you to continue, we would had given you max. to max. 3.5 months package. Why members end up losing their money when partners/owners of the gym are not in sync. with each. Pathetic people and pathetic management. And they don't even have the best equipments/machines they're providing at these charges. Their machines and equipments are just new. There's a big difference between being 'new' and being 'better'. If you're thinking of joining this gym (I strongly recommend you not to), make sure to get in written the package you're being provided and also make sure that the entire management is there so that later on they don't end up disagreeing with each other on the package given to you. And to think, we considering renewing our packages with them. Saved from the disaster

People are trying to portray the gym in a very wrong way..this is not any Gali mohalla gym.I would like u to put some honesty in front and u should have paid ur gym membership fees..not asking us to give u membership for free.if anyone have any concerns come to the front desk and discusss ur prob. We maintain clean and maintained equipment Soo yeah we are not giving membership for rs 1250.stay away from negative and disrespectful people who laterally living for negative reviews..please come to the gym for the real experience...do look for others reviews aswell.we have thrown these people for just being more cheap

The Best Gym in amritsar. owners are very cooperative and the ambience of gym is motivational. All the trainers cooperate with clients in all aspects. But VIKAS sir is THE BEST in every form.

F7 gym is really good Owners Param and Noor are very nice...Trainer Vikas holds exceptional experience in fitness field...Housekeeping Manager Sukh is very co-operative...Overall this gym is just awesome in Amritsar.
