I have been going to F45 Vizag for over 4 years. The functional 45 minutes training everyday is enough for over all body fitness. Equipment and Workout are very good and since the workout is not repetitive, it keeps the sessions interesting. The trainers here in F45 Vizag are supportive and guide us well. They observe each and everyone and help you with the techniques and form. Overall, it's been a very good experience.

Best place to workout in Vizag. Results are obviously as astonishing as the workout regime. You will never feel bored here. Everyday there will be an urge to come to the studio and perform. The coaches are amazing and always push you to your limits and bring the best out of you.

Workouts are high intensity on few days but always at our own pace. Workouts are always different. Great staff , trainers and clean studio. The trainers engage you hit the intense point , not to overwork yourself.

F45 is a great place to get in shape. With High intensity interval training combining cardio and muscular exercises it pushes you to outdo yourself every day to be better. Great place to start your fitness journey!

It's waste of time even putting a single star. The trainers are very very bad. They are just concerned whether we are moving our hands and legs or not. They don't bother if you are doing it wrong or right. The trainers are poorly skilled and inefficient. I was over pushed even when I was saying something is beyond my capabilities. They will just criticise you or better call it fat shaming.!! Hence the result... I fell down in the gym while doing my workout . I had a grade 3 sprain and Acl tear in my left knee. Forget about weight loss now was adviced to take complete rest for atleast 2 months. Forget the subscription, I might even wanted a surgery for recovery but by gods grace I dint need it.Getting fat shamed is not motivation. Times were happy before I joined here. I was atleast able to walk . This is definitely a toxic environment to go to. Also they don't bother if you are hurt or anything . Very very cruel and reckless management.

Great trainers and some extreme sessions that test your limits . The feeling of cool conquering a session feels amazing . Team training is actually fun . One of the best strength training gyms in vizag .
