Joining F45 kokapet has been one of the best decisions of my life. I love the training program, the variety of workouts never stops to amaze me. It's very addictive and in a good way :). The trainers are amazing and the community is great too. Particularly Yasmin constantly encourages us to improve ourselves. He helped me in learning new exercises and improving my form. He gave me a great diet plan as well which is very helpful. All other trainers are also very supportive and they constantly keep a check on your form during workouts. Overall it's an awesome place to workout. I strongly recommend it.

It is great way to begin a day. Trainers here are wonderful. They are very attentive and train to the great fitness level to become best version of ourselves. F45 has set a beautiful program. It surprises us daily , feels so exciting and fresh in routine. Thank u soooo much to the great trainers for helping us to reach this level of fitness ..

THE BEST WORKOUT IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR GOALS!! Hello F45 Kokapet Team, today i would like to take some time to share with you all my experience at F45 studio till now - Throughout my span of almost 3 months of association, I have been having a great time, F45 has been providing a quality service in terms of discipline, cleanliness, friendly environment, boot camps and always trying to come up with new innovative ideas to keep our spirits charged up at all times to be fit!! Their dedication towards keeping people healthy and strong is commendable. All the staff members and trainers are very cooperative and humble. I have been gymming and working out for the past 5 years now, however, I can proudly say that I was completely surprised to finally experience the F45 way myself and see how it is over and above other workout plans. Focuses on overall development and a workout regime to stick to for a lifetime!! I got customized diet plans also and started getting feedbacks on the visible difference soon after joining. I want to thank you for helping me reach my maximum potential everyday and bringing the best out of me. You're awesome!

I've been doing F45 since 2015 across Bangalore and Hyderabad. I have to say, the program is incredible, and effects are noticeable and sustainable. But even among all the studios, the Kokapet studio definitely stands out! Incredible trainers, awesome training area and well-maintained equipment. Kudos to the team for providing such an incredible experience!

A great way to begin your day. The trainers are very attentive and tailor the workouts to suite your current level of fitness. The daily variety of activities keeps each session exciting and engaging.

Ive been with f45 for more than 4.5 years now. One can say that im attached to it. The quality of my life improved after going to f45. It is not just the workouts but the vibe and aura the place has with group training is really what makes you wanna keep coming back. And all this wouldnt have been possible without the super friendly trainers at f45 who give their special attention to make us meet our goals. I wanna make a special callout to one such trainer who has been advising and pushing me since the time I joined f45 - yasmin.

They started the new online training which is helpful in the recent times, however their response to class queasiness is very very poor. They don't update when the class is cancelled, when it is happening. And the person in charge of the Kokapet branch is a horrible person of contact. So sense of professionalism.

Main trainer is the worst and doesn't pay attention towards clients. Improper gym maintenance. I don't recommend this at all (review by Revanth)
