The best gym in Kochi . Well suited to both beginners and advanced gym goers. Very comfortable for ladies even though it's a mixed class (I haven't felt the same in other gyms here!). I love F45 - the formats, the equipment, the community. This community here is just amazing , I really enjoyed the social aspect. The trainers are stellar - correcting form appropriately, intervening to regress when they see you're not doing that well in the advanced exercises. And also encouraging you to push you to your max. There's Bollywood music on Saturdays, which was super fun!
Joinef F45 3 months back. My first time to a gym after finally making up my mind to start working out. Went for trials at a few places but F45 really impressed me. I really enjoy working out with the team and recommend to all my friends to come and give a try.
I have been working out at F45 kochi Central since two years..The 45min HIIT that includes cardio,weight training and resistance is a different workout everyday that keeps you interested and addicted to it. The studio is amazing, the crew is fabulous, the team and trainers and totally inspiring and pushes you throughout the workout beyond your limits.. Thanks to F45 and the whole team for helping me in my journey of fitness!
I've been an F45 regular since 2018 .. last week was my first at F45 Kochi .. great location, great sessions, great trainers (special kudos and thanks to Sijin) .. loved the experience .. will be sure to visit the studio every time I am in Kochi .. if something can be done about the car parking, that would the icing on the cake .. I also wish there is more awareness built around benefits of HIIT within the Kochi market .. maybe organizing a session for kids over the weekend or conducting outdoor play off events for members (and their family/friends) once in 6 months could be a nice marketing tactic to spread the word so more people sign up and benefit from HIIT .. wishing F45 Kochi the very best!

I've never been in a gym with a better vibe and never thought I would love to "train" in a gym but f45 changed my mind, now I feel much stronger and fitter. With the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainers here. They understand what you are striving for and they WILL get you there and further, while having fun. The classes are intense for every level people and you will love the diverse workout combinations. I will definitely recommend f45. Best gym in cochin.

F45 says they change our life's I would 100% agree with it.first thing I would say is about the trainer's and the studio ,it the best I have seen .trainer are very encouraging..it's great to learn every day new workouts as well as push your own limits.its has a major impact is it takes away all the stress from your mind and body.the team work out is unique and refreshing.
