Its amzing place to work out and train . The training is very very good for fitness, professional trainers ( HIGHLY skilled) and well equipped maintained gym. Less crowded compared to other gym in the area. No Parking problems .
I have seen most of the reviews but felt that people should know it's a functional training. Trainers are really humble and great. Be disciplined and just follow the trainers, you should see great results. I tried the demo class for a day and realized that I should never consider negative reviews when most of the reviews are 5. I have already started enjoying the results in just a very few days. Thanks to the trainers.
Extremely motivated environment to workout, excellent daily routines which never make you feel bored, workouts here are both based on strength and cardio. Trainers here are very comfortable to communicate with they're very supportive and friendly. I personally enjoy working out with F45 ( Basheerbagh) it's a great experience!
The workouts at F45 are great, alternating between cardio n strength training, which is terrific for complete body workout, benefiting the heart health, as well as muscle toning n losing wt of course. The workouts at F45 keep you on ur toes, n with a few seconds break between each set, it keeps ur heart rate high, making sure you burn those stubborn calories. You look forward to each session, as the best thing about F45 workouts is that they are not repetitive. Each day is a different workout, which keeps the monotony away n makes efficient use of our structure n all the major muscle groups in our body... I haven't attended any weekend workouts, but i am sure they are great from what i have seen n heard. They also make the effort to try to do something different every Sunday, which can't be said for every gym. The ladies batch enabled me to join F45. Starting a ladies batch was a v smart move, i am sure there are many ladies, like me, who would be more comfortable in a separate ladies session than a regular mixed one. I just wish there was a ladies batch on Saturdays too. Coming to our trainer, Diksha; though new to this field, she possesess ample knowledge regarding training, use of equipment, the correct techniques n posture while exercising etc. Etc... Diksha pushes us to do better each day. She tries to focus on all of us equally; n tirelessly answers all our queries. Looking at her you wouldn't think she was a newbie to the gym world. She's a complete natural in the gym n I am sure if she chose this field as her career, she will go a long way. All in all, though it's only been 2 months, i can safely say F45 is one of the best gyms i have been to. This gym can easily become an addiction or a habit which i could get used to.

Place is good for physical training like yoga but no other gym machines there to train muscles. Also, packages are very higher side.
