F360: Gold Gym - Gym in Amritsar - Amritsar, India

I've been a member of this gym for quite some time now and i'm very disappointed. I took the package for 1 year and i must say that the staff is very rude and incorporative. The receptionist is so dumb, they don't understand basic english and hindi and they don't have common sense. These people don't have time management qualities at all. The trainer is always lazy and late. The zumba class trainer is always late by 30-40 mins, they don't understand we have other things to do, I don't have all my evenings saved for them. If they say it starts at 6pm, it should but it never does. If you are planning to join this gym, don't. They don't have basic sense and they don't respect you and your time. Save your time, money and energy.

Staff is very helping ... All trainers are good ... They provide all classes spinning , zumba , abs , CrossFit and many more ....

Worst gym in city No time management They are just after money Once u pay the fees they will not listen to ur complaints and will rather start blaming u for complaining Horrible experince Dont waste ur money here They deserve a negative not even one star..

Best gym in Amritsar. Positive points- good facilities, Karan sir ( black turban) he is one of the best trainer in this gym and he is very responsible. Negative points- steam not working good, some trainers use mobile phone during work which is not good at all because clients pay huge amount for personal training. Thanks you.

GYM machines are good and facilities are nice. but all trainers are busy in PT and general trainers are not giving attention to normal person like us. so if machine are there but no one guide you then it is a BIG negative point for gym. Please join GYM only when you want to hire PT. if management is really interested in feedback and want to improve pls do needful in Trainers area. otherwise rest everything is good.

It has been a week joining this gym. Gym has professional trainers and facilities like steam, shower and lockers. Cardio Machines need to be upgraded but strength section has state of the art machines. Gym provided groups for spinning, mma and zumba. I have been to spinning class, that was really aesthetic and great experience. There are no parking space inside the gym but for members gym has valet service which assist us to park cars on roadside. Housekeeping staff is really helpful which take care of members at their best effort. In the nutshell,Overall experience is great so far. I suggest to take personal trainer,if your goal is transformation (if you can afford)

Very good and budget gym. Mostly all machines are there. Good ambiance also. Personal trainer Vikas Sareen , a good person overall. Have a lot of gym knowledge and help a lot to make me fit . Must try PT from him if possible.
