This is the best gym in Aluva. The trainers are really helpful. I'm on their weight loss plan and I've seen great results. They also provided me with a diet plan which isn't restrictive so it's easy to stay consistent with it. I have a personal trainer who has created a workout plan that's suitable for me. They also guide me throughout the workouts. It's a spacious gym with a lot of different types of equipment. All the machines are well maintained. The timings are also really flexible. I've really enjoyed going to this gym. I highly recommend it!
