Good gym with decent equipments
Main attraction of this gym is the trainers there. They were well trained and having good knowledge in different workout methods. Utilized the large gym area with all the gym machines and having a separate place for Cardio workout. This is the best option which I can refer to you all for a healthy body with a reasonable monthly fee.
Personally i got attched very much to this Gym due to the personal training given by the trainers. The trainers themselves are the owners, so dedicated care will be given to all. Large area has been earmarked for cardio work out which will improve the endurance level which is the base for weight training. Nice equipments. I am very much happy with this gym and i can confidently recommend anyone who wanna find the best modern gym at koothattukulam.
Hi, It's really a tremendous experience with F2F , I joined with F2F six months ago and am thankful to both of the trainers Mr Sumesh & Mr. Ajith with well equipped and experienced people, I reduced my weight from 94 kg to 84 kg in a short period of time with the help of both of the trainers.
