I joined this gym almost one month ago and wanted to loose weight after my pregnancy. Though initially find it really difficult, but with a dedicated trainer like Suresh my weight loss journey seems an achievable goal. Already lost 3 kgs within 40 days. Suresh will motivate you to do wat u think is impossible. He is very disciplined, strict and extremely dedicated towards helping you to achieve your weight loss goals. And one more thing I would like to mention is it is fully safe for workout for all the ladies...I wish Suresh all the best for his future...

The workouts are fun, the fellow members are inspiring, the workouts are led by personal trainer who give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. The atmosphere is awesome. You will not do the same workout twice. I would highly recommend it.

The gym has high-end equipments and the trainer Suresh Sir is a true gentleman. He is an experienced and dedicated professional who you just have to follow blindly. He will personally guide you in your workout regime, give you diet plans, track your progress regularly and will make sure you achieve your target weight is the target time.
