I used to love the place when it opened but nowadays the quality of their service seems to fall back a bit. Don't get me wrong...this is a great place to workout in peace and the trainer is also a friendly and experienced person. The fees is manageable and overall it's good. Now the negatives... This place does not give a major focus on cleanliness. The gents locker room is a complete mess at times and the treadmill isn't fixed in ages. The gym is also not open throughout the day and the evenings can be a bit congested in the gym sometimes. You can expect some waiting time in between the sets cause there aren't that many dumbbells and all(mornings are kinda okay)... Over-all..a solid 7 | 10

very bad staff.. bad treatment and not a good atmosphere.. i was a member here but due to the misbehavior of the instructor i quit from this place.. If you really wanna train in good atmosphere check somewhere else

1.Very unprofessional and incompetent trainers. Customers aren't made aware of when the gyms are closed on non specific days. 2. Outdated and rusty equipments. We were promised new ones. 3. Unhygienic atmosphere.

Love this place ! This gym has the best energy, staff, and feel. Everything is so neat, every trainer closely watches and rectifies everyone's form and offer tons of support and encouragement on your fitness voyage. The workouts are tough but rewarding and yield remarkable outcomes if you are devoted enough.

It is a very poorly maintained facility full of dust and rusty with meagre equipments. If you are coming from out of the country and have been hitting the gym, do not bother coming here. If you don't care about cleanliness, vibe, good equipments and just want to keep the body moving, this may suffice for 3 or four weeks.

The place is good for people just starting to workout as they get to experience some quality equipments. You get all the basic equipments which is a bit less for the monthly fees that they are charging. But I think the overall experience is going to be great as it is aesthetically pleasing and instantly gives you the feeling of a good quality gym.

I think it is one of the best gym that everyone can afford. The fees is cheap and have very good facilities. The trainer is also an experienced person.. overall best

The owner and trainers of this establishment are very bad.It's been three years since I started working out here.As soon as we took the membership here the owner members guaranteed a convenient time.We accepted the women's time after 11am so we joined with the condition that we would be allowed to work out till 10.30am.But now the owners and trainers are not allowed to work out after 10 am and the membership is forcibly canceled from the institution without decency.Many members of this organization had a lot of misfortunes.We had many experiences like what happened to them.I often lost money in my purse at the establishment.I lost Rs.5000 / -. I have lodged a complaint with the PeroorKada police station on behalf of this institution.I had to lodge a complaint with the police when the owner of this establishment did not accept the money he had lost.Anyway we only have a very bad experience with this gym I know many members who have lost money like this directly.In my opinion no one should join this institution. In my experience trainers were a very bad character...
