Hands down the best gym of Ghaziabad district! F1 Indirapuram has upped the bar so high, it's tough for other brands to achieve! The gym has such positive energy and vibes, maintains utmost cleanliness at all times; the trainers are very well mannered, and I always like to come back to it, everyday. Have been under the guidance of Kamal Sir - and it's been amazing and fun! He teaches so well, I've developed sound mind-muscle connection. Result-oriented, Kamal Sir's mentorship will definitely drive effective results, if you're willing enough.

One of the most spacious and well equipped gym in Indirapuram. Machines are well maintained. You have options of steam bath as well. The cardio section is location upstairs, with regular zumba classes.
