I have been customer to them since 2016.. Pros: 1. Ambience is good 2. Service is good 3. Normally charges 250 rupees for hair cut 4. Charges for face cleanup is 1000 rupees 5.Consistency in service quality is maintained by them even though frequent change of people Cons: 1. Price is little bit high

Had amazing hair cut ... wash cut & blow dry really pleased .. looked perfect and felt wonderfull ..that he did a wonderful job ...(little late doing this review )

I called a few hrs ahead to book for 3pm I arrived and was told I would have to wait for 30 mins. Means that there was no point booking an appointment. I reconfirmed it would only take 30 mins max and that I wouldn't have to wait for 45+ mins. Guy at the front desk promised I could start in 30 mins. He lied as I literally only got attended to after an hour. The guy at the front desk was very rude and didn't even offer an apology or a water to me while I waited for an hour. He was not the leats bit bothered and I could see he doesn't actually do any work but was very interested in just sitting behind the desk and ignoring everyone. Not sure if he is paid but I would request the owners to not be scammed by someone like this, he is not a good employee. The front area is not up to the mark in terms of cleanliness and maintenance and the ac was turned so warm that I was sweating. The women who did the mani pedi were very nice and professional but I was not satisfied with the end result. Lots of white marks, hanging buts of skin and uneven nails. I asked them twice to clean up and still no change. All in all it was a waste of 1500 and I will not return. Recommend you to go to a different salon so you don't waste you money

Very nice experience, had a haircut and beard trimming. Guy was not in a hurry to finish but Infact gave his time and perfected the Shave and Haircut. All in all good experience with good ambience

I visited there on 9th March 2019 for cleanup. I am not satisfied with their services at all. Althought I chose to Deepclean, they just did it like touching my face with some scrub and cream. They did not even remove my blackheads/white heads. When I asked about it, they said they do cleanup like this only. But I am wondering, if they do nothing apart of applying some cream for 10 minutes then what is the purpose to name it Deepclean. I am taking cleanup from last 7 years and never experienced this type of service. No doubt, ambience is good but it does not make sense to compromise with services and they compensate it with their high price of services. I did not write any review earlier but today I compelled to review it as today I went somewhere else for cleanup and they did fantastic job and infact they charged me lower amount than Fspa and saloon. Hoping u will improve your services with competitive price. Good luck !!

I had a very good experience here the service is very good enough u can trust the people here to chnge ur look n specially I recommend shoeb sir for the services regarding hair colour n treatment

Third Class customer service. A girl (p.s. don't want to disclose her name, as she might get fired) sitting on the chair alone, listening to songs and having her gala time, having no interest in attending customers, in spite of none of the customers is present at saloon, Madam says i cannot attend you because i'm already having an appointment that looks she wanted to listen her songs and enjoy her me time. Pathetic !

Its very expensive place for haircut and there's nothing new there
