The gym is good. I have been going there for the past 4 months and haven't faced any issue till now. It has all the equipment that one needs. It is well air conditioned and well sanitised. The trainers are always ready to help you. Weights are properly arranged and everything is good
Good facility. The management listens to the feedback shared and they act upon. It's a safe environment to workout. The only thing to improve is trainers should pay attention and interact with others too apart from focusing only on Personal Training. The Trainers are often seen wasting their time either on gossip or on their mobile phones rather than helping others or newcomers, who struggle to start with.
Parking is good. This gym was good before covid. Now gym is not so well maintained you can witness gym bags spread all over the workout floor. You do not find any trainers in weights section. Staff behaviour also not so professional.
I had an amazing experience. From the moment I stepped in, the staff was friendly and welcoming. The facility is well-maintained and equipped with top-notch exercise machines and amenities. The atmosphere is encouraging, making it easy to stay motivated throughout my workouts. I also appreciate the cleanliness and hygiene standards they uphold.
Steer clear of this gym after 5 pm, as it becomes extremely crowded, making it impossible to find any available workout equipment. Moreover, the faulty equipment is not promptly repaired. While the gym size is decent compared to standard gyms, overall, it's not worth it. If you have the option, consider going in the morning; otherwise, I wouldn't recommend bothering with it.
Just completed one month with F square fitness... feeling wonderful. My main motive to join gym was to loose weight. In last 30 days I lost 6 kgs. Vijay has been instrumental every single day. He was with me day in and day out, kept on motivating me. Finally feeling wonderful now, feeling lighter,my stamina got increased, I have become more focused and energetic. Great gym... trainer Leah is really skilled and a good teacher..... helpful staff and well maintained place with continuous AC and working equipment.. over all one of the finest gyms.. anyone can like this one
Well arranged and spaced with most equipments. Cardio in one floor and weight training in another. Facing issues in cycles better if they maintain machines regularly.

S Gym is a great place to workout if you are looking to lose weight or bulk up. Satish who is the manager cum trainer is very friendly and focuses on members individually providing good guidance on exercises and diet.
