Good place for young bachelors. Owner has given you enough freedom with security as well (CCTV). Kitchen, Almirah, Bed, AC, Fridge , Geyser & etc. all the necessity is already provided to your comfort. I was staying near the V-mart Pg. Bus stand is really close and KIIT is at walking distance. So even if you want to go TCS, Infosys you can take bus and will drop you in front of office.
Rent was Rs7000 around Jan,2023 for AC 3 Sharing. Deposit is same as 1 months rent. When you leave electricity bill be cut from your Deposit money.

Experience during living was good with the people with whom I was living. Easily accessible location, convinent environment but post residense service like security refund is tooo bad, close to worst. You will keep calling and wait for almost 20 days of procrastination from the owner side and still you will get crumbs of the amount you paid for security.

Nice big rooms with almirah, curtains, bed frame, mattress and pillow, have a kitchen with induction and basic cooking utensils were provided. Wifi is available. AC is in perfect working condition, infact new. Bathroom are also spacious and clean. Any issue is resolved quickly. Would live here again. 10/10
