I lost my specs at beach and i visited this optic shop he showed me the opticals that were on the wall and didn't show the other options as we were leaving he showed me . The manager was very arrogant as i was asking for the cost of lens and specs he told it will be Rs1990 and no discount. I too have doubts about the blue cut lens and i asked him to pass the laser test he said abruptly that do u have more doubts . THE WAY OF TALKING OF THE PERSON WAS LIKE AS IF I WAS BUYING IT FOR FREE DISSATISFIED FROM THE SERVICE . Other optical shops provide a free lens cleaner and discounts . And just gave the case in the hand and no carrying bag was provided . Worst service ever received from an optician
My friend lost his specs on the beach, and thankfully we found this place, the service was quick and got specs within few hours and the girl at reception was extremely helpful and polite.
Absolutely fantastic! It was affordable and extremely superbly quick. I went out the store at 1:36 and entered at 1:56; and it was done! If you loose your glasses in the beach like did come here .

Good service, much cheaper to purchase glasses here in Goa than in the UK. Eye test was free and the glasses came from lab with German lenses. High quality. Worth a visit if you need new glasses
