Eye7 Chaudhary Eye Centre - Eye care center in Ghaziabad - Ghaziabad, India

I m regularly visiting from last more than 20 years, undoubtedly eye 7 is the best hospital for eyes. It was a major surgery I went through around 15 years back and lasic 20 years back,now my kids are been under eye7 for any eye care issues.I would 200% prefer to recommend anyone. The staff, doctors are truly awesome.

My father got his cataract surgery here and we have all positive experience so far. Doctor Ranjan is super experienced and very patient. He understands patient and their need better. Office staff is also good and very supportive. Highly recommend this place.

The most unprofessional team inc the doctors, staff.. They charged 650/- for initial check up and then made my father sit for 1 hr, when there were just a handful of patients waiting, and no one came to attend him. The staff (mostly girls) arent answerable and they dont care about waiting patients. Finally I took my refund and came back home. Also, they close at 7 pm so ppl coming back from office have almost no chance. You will not come to know whether the doctors are inside or not.. poor management.. sheer wastage of time going at this indirapuram branch..

Worst center found in indirapuram. I am at the center at 6pm . There is 5-6 patient in que and the reception counter told me please come tmw BCS you need to wait . I told him I will wait an hour but she told me not possible . Is this is the seriousness about the costumer/patient . Worst experience . I am going just another clinic along your center and the test and everything done in half an hour .

I visited there three times but every-time they have made excuses. This time i heard three different timing from reception staff for clinic closed timings. There were no patients in the clinic whereas they were saying 4 patients are in queue. Also, i request them to speak with doctor it's an emergency. But they simply refused. I told them the staff, how can a patients trust on them? So, they simply says they cannot do anything in this. It seems that they don't care about the patients. Really, I don't understand why they have open eye care clinic.

I'm giving this rating for Dr. Rajan sir. I visited clinic for 2nd opinion bcz another Dr. recommended Cataract surgery. It was an eye opener when Ranjan sir denied for surgery and don't required at all current stage. I'm very grateful that I visited clinic and took Rajan sir advice. Highly recommended.
