Eye-Q Super-Speciality Eye Hospitals - Eye care center in Karbala, Almora - Almora, India

My first visit was useful, but my second visit was abrupt, where I was charged money and then informed that the service i.e eye test cannot be delivered at this point and needs 2/3hrs more - when I protested and asked for a refund then the doctor came out and did the test by putting paper to cover my eyes etc (briefly it felt like a scam). I would have given 0 (Scammy) or 1 star but giving it 2 stars on the basis of my first visit which did solve my problem at that point - I hope this review reaches the management/right people so that customers get right kind of service and honest communication and do not feel scammed.

Best eye hospital in Almora.. Doctor is excellent and his staff behavior is good and facilities are excellent. Thanks to whole hospital staff for providing wonderful service... It was a comfortable stay. The staff was very concerned and helpful. Overall a great experience. Keep up the good work.
