Pathetic experience as the timings of appointment were 9:30 am but doctor was not available till 11:20. It's simply a waste of time. Nobody informed about the doctor. According to my experience I was never want to come the EYE-Q ever again. Totally a bad experience. Thanks

I got my eyesight check ,after that the doctor advised me a progressive lens ,I got a crizal brand progressive lens worth rs 5500,after that I was not able to see clearly through that ,i wore them for a month .I was even suffering from severe headache after wearing the lens .When I went to the eye q store for them to recheck the lens they made .They were not even listening to my problem .The whole staff and even doctor was very rude .they did not give any solution to the problem which I faced
