The staff faculties are great than other and service is very good and the counselor whom I met explained me all about treatment in a quiet way her name is Ms Sonia. Overall my experience was great.

I got surgery done from Eye Q Eye hospital. They have the best eye doctors and also the staff here is really helpful and cooperative. My treatment was covered under mediclaim, and a counsellor was there with me throughout the process. I didn't have to struggle even a bit. Special thanks to Mr. Manish for helping me throughout the treatment process.

I visited the hospital after seeing high number of reviews and 4.9 overall rating. However, that's because they literally take your phone to rate themselves as 5, thereby fooling prospective customers. Once check up is done, they don't hand over the eye number at the desk. That can only be collected at the eyewear store, thereby forcing the customers to purchase eyewear for their store. I had to foil many attempts by them to sell eyewear to me and it was only after many failed attempts when I finally received my prescribed number. Final word: take the rating you see for this hospital with a pinch of salt!

Not a trustworthy hospital about money. When I consult with counselor, she said your final package will be 32000 and you will be pay 3200 to the hospital. This amount will be refunded after approval from your claim. After approval from my insurance i go to the hospital and i have put a question that why are you applying 36000 in my claim whereas my package are 32000 . And you will refund my money 3200 but counselor said change our policy and blah blah. So please i request to the all persons if these staff said that you will pay some amount firstly then say big noo. And most important thing these guys forced to write a good reviews on Google.
