Worst experience!! So my vision gets blurred with water and the doctor was not even discussing about it. She was focused that my eyes are normal. If my eyes are normal then why I see blurry everytime?? Was she actually a doctor???or she wanted to leave early?? She didn't even talk about it. That was the worst experience for eye checkup as they charged 1600 Rs for general consultation fee. Please find some other hospitals or doctor as you don't have to waste your money on this stupid hospital.

My elderly parents had cataract surgery in Feb 2023 and they are having great difficulty with their vision post surgery. Once my parents expressed their concern the clinic stopped taking their calls. They got the trifocal lenses, almost 2 lakes for each eye and now they cannot read a simple book. Very upset and furious!! This clinic and Dr. Suwarn Chetan cannot be trusted!! His clinic person Shikha is all talks and does not know how to talk or help elderly patients. Donot spend your money at this clinic and specially with Dr. Chetan.

Had both my eyes operated by Dr Chetan within 3 days of each other. My experience has been really good. Not only is he an outstanding surgeon, he gave us unhurried time to clarify doubts. Wonderful experience for my father in law's Femto Eyehance surgery. Mr manish at reception was very cooperative and Ms Saloni chauhan was very calm and composed. Great service. Really satisfied.

Went for Cataract removal for my mother at EyeQ sec 27. It was done by Dr. Swarn Chetan . Our experience has been fantastic. The Dr was very caring and explained everything well and very professional. The support staff has also been very good ..given my mother's advanced age, they made sure she was comfortable... will definitely recommend Dr. Swarn Chetan..thanks

Many thanks to Dr Suwarn Chetan and team in Eye-Q hospital for providing exceptional treatment while carrying out MICS surgery for Cataract removal in my both eyes and implanting mono focal lenses. Everything went smooth. No pain absolutely, no complications. Pre and post surgery care was also excellent. Professional atmosphere. Entire staff committed to his/her duties. An old patient alongside me said to the lady attendant outside OT: No one gives so much care :) The lady attendant calls "maaji" to old female patients. Thanks again.
