It was really a well planned trip, I must say. All thank to Jyoti, she was really prompt in every possible way and made sure that things go in best possible way ..Places of stay were really good at Leh, Nubra, Pangong with a good food quality every where.. no hassle at all .. I must recommend to go via Jyoti Thakur :) she keeps on checking if things at place..
" Worst tour agency don't book through this Agency for lifetime " I have booked 3 star tour package to Jammu kashmir and leh ladak though EXPRESS INDIA HOLIDAYS SHIMLA But these Tour operator has given responsibilities to some other third party tour operator at Jammu kashmir ,During my visit not provided proper Hotels it is not even 2 star package and not provided proper vehicle for sightseeing and they used to keep on changing vehicle and drivers every day , because of this i couldn't complete my tour and I have lossed money also during my tour. Trip was wonderful, Enjoyed alot, Organizsighted by Mitul ji tq so much for your support. Hotel is very clean and staff are very frndly in both shimla and manali, food was gud. I suggest whoever wants to go trip to shimla and manali kindly contact mitul ji express India holidays. The cab driver Rajesh thakur is very gud in shimla, taken gud care of us. Guided in all our shimla sightseeing. But at manali the cab driver Sunil is very very rude, even he don't know how to behave with customer like us. He misbehaved with us , talked rudly with us, mis guided in whole manali sight seeing . He even not came to pik us from hadimba temple in manalimanali after so many calls , he said do whatever you want I will not come. we have walked 4-5kms . Even mitul ji tried her best to convince him but this man not listened. At that time there was heavy snow fall, our bus timing was 5-30 evening. initialy he allowed us in cab but after 10 min he said go stand outside dhaba Or somewhere. He left us in middle of the road at manali. Again I have booked hotel for stay. I request express India holiday don't engage this type of person to any trip , he will spoil all enjoyment of travelers. He spoil your goodwill also. Bcz of this person your gudwil may decrease. I thank ful to mitul ji for her support in our whole journey.

They arranged a tour for me and my family from chd to spiti via shimla ,kufri,narkanda and kinnaur ...then we headed to to leh via spiti....and headed further to manali...the complete ....transportation,flooding and stay was arranged by Express India holidays...he food was good every where...and the hotel room were clean and hygienic....they offered me the best quotation when I compared to other agents .For our family it was memorable trip,we enjoyed a lot. Complete Himachal Darshan!!!!
