One stop for all checkups. Staff are cooperative. Appointment is must. Good clinic if someone who lives near this place.
This place warrants negative ratings below zero if there was ever an opportunity to mark businesses as this. As latest as Aug 2023, the service has dropped from what I knew to be friendly and helpful to down right deplorable and pathetic. There is no dearth to their incompetence and lack of customer service ethic. This place is severely understaffed now. There are no qualified technicians to take blood samples, which is a risk to your veins if you end up with a receptionist who double hats as a technician too. There is absolutely no coordination between staff and billing is a nightmare. They refused to share a printed bill when my parents visited this facility. The staff don't seem to reside in the realm of common sense - choosing to take calls that are detrimental to customer experience and their business. There is no help or guidance from the staff and by the look of what my folks saw - it looked like an abandoned dystopian tragedy. It is strongly suggested that when a Business does not have the will or capability to function any more to meet customer needs - the sensible thing to do and to everyone's' benefit is to "SHUT SHOP". I sincerely hope they wind up. They are a pitiful waste of commercial space and business opportunity.
Great clinic for health checkup. Nice staff and they are very cooperative. They will guide you through your health checkup tests. Doctors here are also nice. They will make u feel comfortable for any test. Friendly staff behaviour. You need to go early on weekends since it is on first come first serve bases.
Not even worth for 1*. They confirm an appointment. Make you seat for 45 mins and then say you have to go to Chinchwad branch as staff is unavailable. Pathetic experience. They don't bother you at all on customer satisfaction. I already informed them that my son is unavailable.
Pathetic standards from the word go. Had appointment at 0830 but only receptionist took sweet time of 45 Mins to complete form of 5 lines and registration formalities. AC is main waiting area was not working. For ECG of wife, no female technician was available. Same was the case with physician. Both were supposed to come after 1030. For urine sample collection, toilet was not cleaned and windows were broken. Not sure how they will provide test results with such pathetic standards. Will avoid by all means.
Bad service...someone is waiting If you're not able to do... Then tell straight a way without wasting 1 hour reception boy
My experience with this clinic was very bad. After making multiple calls i got appointment for my mother for health checkup provided by HDFC ergo. Even after multiple reminders the report was not mail to me. Apart from that there is no communication from clinic that the report had arrived and collect it. I really feel sorry that HDFC ergo recommend this clinic for health checkup. I am also now going to write to HDFC to remove Express Clinic from their network
Staff is nice. One stop place for all checkups. Not recommended for complete body check up: 1. Tmt is done by their staff and not the doctor, reports are later validated offline by doctor and provided to us in words. You can discuss the report with the doctor 2. 2d echo and sonography was done in less than 1 min. Not sure what all they validated. Atleast do some proper checkup, someone is coming for checkup , paying a big sum for some medical reasons. 3. No MD doctor available for consultation post all tests Above are 3 main reasons where I feel get all blood test done somewhere else while major scans better get it done from a cardiologist when u spend 7k for the full test, spend 2-3k more and get a detailed checkup done with proper doctor guidance and consultation
