Express 11 Hotel & Banquets - Hotel in Itarsi - Hoshangabad, India

Nice place to stay and rooms were very comfy and neat & clean. If we talk about in house restaurant then it is ok ok. Starters are very good but I personally suggest not to go for dinner as main course is not upto the mark and menu is also very limited.

Had my daughters 5th birthday celebration here last year. We had a party of about 100 people, everyone had a great time. Service was top notch very friendly staff. Not to mention the food was great. Special thanks to Manish ji and the whole staff for the lovely service. Deeply appreciated

The Hotel is beautiful, well maintained and safe. I have been staying more than 2 months in this hotel and fully satisfied with the service. The room size is decent and attached premium washroom. I would like to specially mention Mr. Laxmi Narayan Bakoriya in housekeeping Department who take cares rooms and take extra effors to make your stay good. Thanks for your daily support and extra work to make comfortable and good stay.

The location is very nice but only is front building but the other block building is very far and the room service is very nice but reception service feels like they were ignoring me and not doing their job when going to ask for an extra key they gave me the wrong key and i walked to my room and i realised they give me a wrong key so i run back to reception and they were saying that if i give you i give you this than the original key will be disabled and this ia very wrong also the door lock is very bad if i walk away from room the door will automatically locked so that's why i asked them for a extra key so in the end i want this things fixed so the next person staying on this hotel will not write this type of review also in b block there is no elevator i was really sweating very badly after taking my luggage to the second floor

Staff was good but we mistaken gave order of extra plate of gulab jamun, but they didn't cancel the order and also they charged 35 rupees of water bottle

It's average hotel and there is no lift in old building. At this price point 3200 room are very small no chairs or tables in room, hotel is near and clean good parking space and location perfect if traveling on the way to itarsi

Very delayed service, food taste was not good. You will not see the ingredients mentioned for a dish in the menu on actual food. Not recommended.

Express 11 is a nice place. It has all the facilities like meeting rooms, halls, garden, in-house restaurant, food is good 3/5 for taste. Its bit few things are bit costly like 1 chapati is for 45Rs. Ambiance is very nice 4/5. Service is good 3.5/5.
