The fees is minimal and the workouts are great!!

I started my online training wherein trainer designs the workout according to the body type, goal and then explains how each of those exercises will affect the body. He also helps with the diet plan which is very affective. He encourages and pushes to try harder and achieve the target. It's been a great journey till now and still have a long road ahead of me.
