It was on 29th September I visited Exotica. Before visiting them I had a talk with kalpita Sikdar in WhatsApp. I asked her, " hair smoothing a ki offer cholche ekhon?"... She replied, " 3000".... It means that any length 3k.... After my smoothing was done tey charged 4k, I told them about our WhatsApp conversation but they were not ready accept that... according to them "3k means starting rate 3k".... Now about their service.... It was not at all 1 month and my hair roots because wavy... My complete hair was so rough that I have to cut it short Thank god that I didn't book them for my wedding day
The worst nail extensions I have ever done is done here so bad that in two hours the nail paint came out. Also no colour options are available. And it is disgusting.

Exotica is the best bridal make artist in Durgapur I guess. Recently I hired them for one of my relative's wedding. Seriously, they did awestruck job. Superb makeup, well finishing. What a job!!! I seriously like their way of working. Highly recommended.
Pathetic makeup service, I believe they take one shade and just paint it on the customer. No conceler used just a loads of foundation no proper blending was done. If you want to waste money,time and your day please visit this boutique.
