It's a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. Amazing food and service. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations. Nice ambiance, caring service, big surprize every time food came to the table - it just looked so awesome and tasted even better!

Happy with the service we received from this outlet. We ordered cakes for multiple events at home and we are happy and satisfied every time. The Owner Mrs. Jayashree is really good and friendly, she keenly listens to our requirements and concepts and gets the cake baked accordingly but price is bit high which totally depends on our concepts though. Their finesse in designs outcomes evolved over the years. If keeps up with timely delivery and decent pricing would make it our go to place to order more cakes in future too. Except for the cupcakes we loved all the cakes ordered so far. And One of the cool places in the city to hang out with friends too.

Ordered online through Swiggy. Cheese Garlic Bread: They put some cheese with RAW garlic toppings on a plain bread slice. Only three half slices and the taste is pathetic. Cheese Corn balls: Very big in size with only four pieces, they put chilli powder on these cheese balls making the taste even worse. They gave a ketchup sachet as a dip, no mayonnaise either. Please do not get fooled by what's shown on the display picture. None is related and you will regret for sure

Ordered a Cricket theme based cake on my Son's 8th birthday to celebrate in his cricket academy as he is a student there.. Everyone was amused with theme and my champ was very very happy, also just not the theme cake taste is also yummy..Amazing work by exotica. We also ordered custom treat pack with sandwich, cake and chocolate, Beautifully Packed and also the taste is so good...everyone liked them

I fell in with this place, the ambiance is great. We ordered some mojitos and starters, starting with baby corn and Gobi Manchurian these two are crispy and good in taste. Coming to non veg we ordered chicken lollipops, the meat is Finley cooked and very tasty. I enjoyed the food.

Cake taste and design was good, but with in some time cracks came on the cake and cracks came more , Not expected this type of un-qualitiness. The cup cakes we ordered was red-velvet but they gave normal vennila flavour. Totally disappointed with the service.

This so called Exotica is an overrated bakery maintained by dumbs. We ordered a customized cake for my son's first birthday party. With all the hopes, we were very excited to see the outcome. But, it turned out to be an expectation vs reality meme. Never expected this kind of work from these people. Even a local bakery down the streets will do a better job. Do not want to comment further. My sincere suggestion is to go and order your Cake at any local bakery and you can save 80% of your amount.

This place is an absolute waste! Where do I start? Firstly, the indoor space which is quite big has only 2 ACs which is def not enough for such a big space, it was hot! The service is terrible, the waiter didn't come to take the order for atleast 15mins and kept making faces while we ordered! I ordered for a white sauce pasta and it was served in a flat plate, it's basically to make the quantity look more whereas it wasn't! The chicken pasta tasted horrible and it literally only had 3 pieces of chicken (the level of kanjoosi)! I had asked for an empty glass to pour water to drink, they surprisingly couldn't provide "an empty glass"! Their excuse was that they didn't have any! How on earth do you serve your drinks? Pour in into people's hands or directly into their mouth? Or is that too served on a flat plate? Absolutely disappointing! If you aren't interested in hospitality and good food please don't open a cafe or a restaurant! People who've give good rating to this place either are the restaurant owners friends and are doing them a favour, or haven't experienced much in good food and good hospitality!
