We went Kerala with friends and it is a girls trip . Cochin - Munnar - Alleppey - kovalam - Trivandrum - varkala - Cochin. The Travel Planners arranged our trip very systematically. Mr. Riyaz was our travel executive. He provided all itinerary as per our schedule & requirement. He was very polite and available 24/7 and ready to answer our calls.He provided 4-star stays and are beautiful & well organised.If u feel any discomfort.. definately he will show any other alternative.The driver is coperative and his driving skills were good.We enjoyed delicious Kerala food in houseboat. The cruze members were very polite & friendly. Good service provided from them. I suggest everyone to choose this tourism for the customized trips and even friendly-budget. We have had an excellent trip to Dubai and Abudhabi. It was one of our best trip in recent times. This was our first trip with "Exotic Tourism" and we all, especially my parents, are very happy with the way it was organized. I would like to thank "Exotic Tourism" and especially YOU RIYAZ for helping organize this trip for us very efficiently. Here I would like to highlight a few points that exceeded our expectations: 1. RIYAZ is a wonderful person. His service was more than 5 stars, 24/7 he is available though call . He has not only entertained us with the chat and music but also helped us visit many places (like burj khalifa, ferari world, warner bros studio, Dubai mall & lot more). 2. All your arrangements were up to the mark. All hotels and transportation arrangements were excellent. The way you talk and the way you make arrangements are very much appreciated. 3. The driver was very cooperative, polite and friendly. His driving skills were excellent and safe. In addition he was well travelled and well informed. We Enjoyed his company. Overall it was wonderful experience and whoever looking into this review, I highly recommend you to try "Exotic Tourism" budget friendly. Booked a trip to dubai and abudhabi for 5 nights 6 days every thing was planned really well according to our requirements in our budget . Right from bookings to hotels drivers food etc everything was taken care off .Travelled with 2 toddlers all the drivers were friendly and cooperative with the kids they dint hurry us for any thing or said no to anything made our experience even better . The whole itenary was planned in such a way that we dint have to hurry or rush from one place to other it was a smooth ride and true value for money . Will be my first choice for any international trip . Kudos to Riyaz and Exotic tourism.Its a great pleasure for me to declare that we hv thoroughly enjoyed our tour covering various locations in Kerala like Munnar, Thekkady, Alleppey, Kochi and Ernakulam. I would like to convey my deep sense of gratitude to Hepsiba and the entire team of Exotic tourism who made the whole experience hassle free and enjoyable......First and foremost,the hotels we stayed in were totally furnished with all 5 star facilities....It is quite obvious that it is a Herculean task to cover all the locations over a span of less than a week.However,planning by the exotic team has made all the difference,particularly,the cab driver assigned to us had played a pivotal role in helping us reach all the places on tym,strictly adhering to the given schedule .... That punctuality is exactly what enabled us to complete the tour successfully.That too, very much to the satisfaction of all our tour mates.......
