Exide is one of the biggest battery manufacturer company of haldia. I am work here as a worker. From a perspective of a worker, environment of this factory is not so reliable for your mental and physical health. That's why I'm giving 3 star

Good company for all type of battery.

Most third class company of Haldia in terms of management, blood shook of every man power, cheap mentality of every management staff. Everyone has blood shook mentality of labour community. Most third class battery produce and most third class mentality have every management staff specifically personal department. No chatter(chatter happen is for labour community monthly or yearly salary hike) happen since 2015. Every labour is work for only 8200 rupees since 2015(314 per day rate). Such a cheap rate for everyone now these days.

This is a very bad company. The environment here is very bad. The employees here are using it very badly. There is a lot of politics here, there is no education, there is no qualification, every job here is very heavy and hard work, everyone who works here has a disease, sugar, high blood pressure, appendix, etc. used to work here.

Berry good environment regarding manufacturing industrial

Exciting place to work in as it is the largest (by volume) battery factory in India and has a very warm group of people to work with. Overall the plant is well maintained and the place is very nearby to major areas of Haldia and the station is just opposite to the factory gate.

Exide is a good product, have a good quality.
