Rooms are clean. AC is not that much cooling the room. As compared to price it is better in a city like Ranchi. Staffs are behaving well. They need more co ordination between. The same questions are repeatedly asked by different staffs. All the food items as per menu card is not available. Mostly they don't have organized restaurant. They are managing it within their small kitchen. Food is like home made taste. The cost of food is higher compared to the quality.
Worst experience ever had in any hotel. We were traveling with family and one kid and were denied checkin at late evening hours in the hotel although the room were booked few days ago with full payment through OYO Rooms and were verbally informed by the owner/manager that they have mailed to OYO Rooms to no to accept bookings for the said hotel.
Its a guest house , in good location not maintained everywhere seepage in wall, furniture are very old , TV are not working in Room and it is expensive also
