Very bad experience with service, too much delay in bringing just one ordered item chicken malai tikka Went their yesterday with a friend it was Wednesday no crowd just a small party going at one side. Still their staff couldnot manage to bring one item in routine time , they gave us drink on time but food they bought after 50 minutes. And that too just one item cooking took 50 minutes strange.

Another place with a welcoming ambience and good food No reason why you wouldn't want to visit this amazing place. Their menu was a little restricted when we visited this place but they said they'll be introducing more variety of dishes soon. Whatever we tried l, we loved the taste of every bite! Cold coffee was good as well! The ambience is very comforting! Prices might seem a little high for some, but this place is worth every penny spent! The ambience is good. The food not so much. The service slow. And it's really really exorbitant.

The ambience is cool. The food is fine. But the staff and management is not up to the mark. Their booking system makes you feel like a sarkaari office. You will book, they will reserve your seats & then on arrival, you are running here and there to get a fine table. The staff has no authority to take decisions and they go to some senior/owner to qnswer every single question. You go out to have fun not to struggle to get some seats and a table. After doing all this, it is a bit overpriced for the kind of food they have. Not as good as the ambience deserves. Customers deserve better and faster treatment.

You cannot play songs of your choice also you have to dance seprate from couples. I would recommend that you drink in your room rather than this club

It's better to burn the money rather than dining here even after spending at this high priced club the service customer gets is worst. The basic cocktail old fashion in which the basic ingredient in bourbon whiskey they serve it with whiskey like Black and white

Worst place in ludhiana. Not Recommended Was there last night, 0 service, worst food, staff took 30 min for a single can of diet coke Called manger Lakshman 20 times to provide good service but was left out with nothing Improve the place or close it Please dont waste your hard earned money guys

Poor service ever seen . Services like these are not expected from club like yours . Liquor rates are too high .although talked previously for fixing the price but still priced 3000 extra per bottle . I hope this feedback helps all the customers.
