The gym trainer's here give their best to help you out but may not be able to give you all the attention because of the crowd. All the equipments are upto date and in best condition. Although the changing rooms are not exactly clean and are smelly the gym is very convenient. Avoid visiting between 6 to 9 in the morning and 7 to 9 in the evening if you want to avoid crowd.
I'm being working out here from more than year and its been a great ambiance and great trainers. The most important thing i loved about the gym is trainers are too supportive and motivating.. the equipment are always up to date and well maintained...
