Excell Broad Band - Internet service provider in Tuni - East Godavari, India

Worst network. Everyday facing net issues. If we are complaint at morning they are solved evening .

I am an active user of excel broadband. it's been almost a 6 months i opted the internet connection from excel and the internet issues are pretty persistent and i experienced regular internet outage issues. Coming to speed, they assert its 50Mbps, but you will pick up 17-25 Mbps and the speed would decline to less than 5 Mbps frequently. The 17-25 Mbps speed is the speed we receive for router; Dont ask about other devices, it would drop to 10-15 Mbps on an average and 5-7 Mbps most of the times. They make lot of excuses like: " Battery not working" "Fiber got cut" etc. In the recent times, they admitted speed issue is there but have done nothing to reform the speed. So literally I paid for 50 Mbps but get the pay off of 5 Mbps. It's good to opt for jio Fibre or Airtel Xstream.

Weekly three times problem.you cannot use your wifi when you want you can only use when they give you. Worst service.you have to pay them money for six months and then after they will show you stars.they wont lift your phone when you want to complain them.i hope you understand

First we must pay for 6 months in advance. Second the Internet connection will have issues every week 2-3 times and speed varies a like too much. When we call support people, they say there is issue and will take x hrs of time. Bare with them. What else we can do ? Helpless customers we are.

Best broadband in tuni. Using for past 2 years. Never faced any issues except during lockdown. But they resolved as soon as they could. Have a good website where you can pay the bill and check the usage also.

Always problem per week 3 to 4 times we have to call customer care they told we wil send our team. after that not responded very horrible experience with this internet service

Please don't choose this internet connection.if u select it u will suffer alot. Asper rating i selected this internet connection for 1 year. 10 days back installed those broad band connection &and in this 10 days i contacted complained 5 times,most unstable network u didn't eve get internet most of the times.
