Excel CT scan - Hospital in Marthandam - Kanniyakumari, India

I agree with other reviews that this facility makes patient wait for a long time stating the doctor is looking at old scan reports. I was 6th is queue and waited for almost 4 hours and still they didn't call. I asked the one siting near to me and he said he came at 6:30 in the morning and still waiting till 12:30 noon . I decided not to wait further and looked up in google maps and there was Global CT Scans center nearby which hardly took 20 minutes to complete the scan. I wish people knew that there were other scan centers close by that are not wasting customers time. Also I wish the doctors recommend alternative scan centers to their patients, just in case this scan center is crowded.

There is only one doctor for both CT scan and Ultrasound as well. Patients needs to wait until the CT scans to complete to do for ultrasound irrespective arrivals... Price only affordable. Waited 2 hours for ultrasound test. Very worst management

Too slow. Same doctor performs both CT Scan and Ultrasound scan. Took 3hrs for my Ultrasound scan in spite of taking appointment much ahead. There was no crowd at all but still took 3hrs. Prices are reasonable.

This is the worst C.T I ever seen in my life 1. No fan in the waiting hall 2. There is no mail facility . Scan report to be received only in person 3. There is no doctor while scan the patient . 4. Patients should wait for long time to receive the report. because of there is no doctor 5. No guidance or support in the lab while taking scan. I was thinking that scan got finished in the mid of scanning. This is the worst part in here . 6. There is no hand sanitizer

Very worst service ever seen , reports are very delay worst behavior

Pls don't go to this scan centre. Fan is there, they don't like to switch on. No doctor, three nurses are there I don't know what is the use, i went there at 9 am till 12 pm they do not call me. Interestingly only few patients are there you have to wait, wait and wait unconditionally, and you will get no respect

Friends please never go Excel CT scan centre. The charging too much price and the staff are respond like third class people. So please go ahead best scan centre near.
