I was going thru the worst and darkest phase of my life 5 years back when I sought Neepa Sanghavi's expertise as a psychotherapist to help me. Sorry to write this but she is least compassionate or empathetic to her patients going thru adversity. She yawned and disinterested when listening to my trauma ! She can be very insensitive and callous when her patient expects her support and calming counselling ! She charges a bomb too! It was a sheer waste of my time, hard earned money and resources to have gone to her. NOT worth entrusting your emotional health issues to her. A complete NO NO for anyone seeking Neepa Sanghavi's help !

Nipa is a very straightforward and no nonsense Doctor. Extremely Professional and has through understanding on how to treat her patients.

Very bad experience. She asks you to give her 5 star to get counselling at a discounted rate. I was unwell earlier and she has worse my condition now.

When I first met Nipa, i was clueless about what I was feeling. Nipa was patient enough to make explain my condition. I got a better clarity about myself and how to not get overwhelmed at petty issues. She's scolded me when I was wrong and supported me when I was right. It is always comfortable to talk to her. She helped me see things clearly and made me understand for the fact that we're all humans and sometimes it's okay not to be okay. Forgiving yourself and loving yourself is equally important.I have a long road to recovery but with Nipa's help I feel I'm in the right direction. And most of all it's okay to be where you are and there's no rush to get into things that doesn't make you happy. I can finally be okay with who I am and now think of myself as an important person rather than just somebody. Mental illness is no joke and it's takes skill, patience and empathy to handle patients and treat them and i was happy I chose her for my wellbeing. I will highly recommend her to anyone seeking assistance regarding any psychological problem.

My experience with Ms. Nipa has been excellent! From the very beginning she has been understanding and has explained things to me extremely clearly and simply. I like that she works with you to arrive at solutions that work well for you rather than prescribing something. This collaborative nature of treatment has been most helpful.

Nipa has been extremely supportive and understanding to my needs. Sessions with her has improved my confidence and has made me overcome my depression. She has made me more organized. She has a very soothing presence and makes sure that you achieve the targeted goals.

Nipa is a phenomenal counsellor. I visited Evolve clinic with certain issues and was extremely apprehensive, however in the first visit itself i was extremely comfortable talking to Nipa. She helped me gain insight into my problems and understand my situation as well as provided excellent advice on how to tackle and get over them . I would highly recommend her .
