The trainer is very professional and caring. He teaches every one of his clients like they are his own. He doesn't compromise on anything. He gives amazing lessons, teaches great workouts and also takes care of the diet of his clients. The gym is very well kept and has proper equipments. Each and every customer is very well taken care of.

The best gym, trainer, facilities, equipments in town. Extremely friendly and genuine people who always go out of their way to help you. The receptionist is sweet and polite, the trainer is very well aware of his work and is highly knowledgeable. The owner is very approachable and humble. I would whole heartedly recommend this gym to anyone seeking for a change.

Trainer is stupid and arrogant .. the trainer is made to sit at the reception and he is the only one present in the gym apart frm one or two cleaners . He doesnt even know how to talk properly . A person goes to gym to burn some calories and negetivity but the trainer face and attitude is such that a decent person cannot even stand such weird behaviour . The gym will shut onces again if he will continue to work there . The owner really need to hire more professional staff like thy have hired in his other venture .

Best gym in area equipment and facilities are so good and Guruji (Nitish Negi) is best . The way he treats everyone no one can't and his training techniques u can't compare this men with another

It was certainly a disappointing experience. The trainers were unprofessional, gym isn't spacious at all, the machines were not in good condition. Overall at this fees, I was expecting better services, atleast from trainers !

I am very happy to see this gym. Good environment & trainer behave too much good pure n professional trainer.

Not even 1 star worth it.. Unprofessional trainers..... Have paid for 1 month but need to stop going there becoz the enviroment is very negative i feel very demotivate that place.... They even didnt call to ask that why student/a person not coming after pay fee .. BIG FAKE.......

Once you control your mind you can control your body as well and evolve gym gives motivation to loose weight great workout can make u good body
